We’re looking for the team members of a customer services team to provide support for our growing practice. Our customers’ success is vital to our business and helping them achieve success is your primary objective.

You’ll have outstanding written and spoken English skills.

You will be someone who enjoys and has experience of working in Customer Services and support roles who will own and manage the success and long-term retention of new and existing customers. It will be your advantage if you’ve worked with ERP, order management or ecommerce software such as:

Microsoft Dynamics 365

ODOO

SAP

Netsuite

Oracle Cloud

Responsibilities:

Discover and develop a comprehensive understanding of typical customer workflows and business challenges.

Discover and prioritize prospect and customer needs.

Appropriately map Salesorder.com features and associated business benefits to address needs.

Working with business analysts and developers to craft solutions that combine a mix of:

customizations

integrations with 3rd party products

data migration

product and recommended process changes

training

Coach and guide customers on how to discover and realize the maximum possible value of our customer systems.

Organise and lead a team of resources to deliver solutions and implement Salesorder.com to meet customer and internal objectives.

Provide day to day support to Customers and work with Developers to reproduce and resolve problems.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Evangelize the capabilities of any cour customers solutions directly and indirectly by working with content experts to create meaningful case studies that persuade and convince prospects to buy and customers to stay.

Contribute thought leadership and best practices to our teams.
