
We’re looking for the team members of a customer services team to provide support for our growing practice. Our customers’ success is vital to our business and helping them achieve success is your primary objective.
You’ll have outstanding written and spoken English skills.
You will be someone who enjoys and has experience of working in Customer Services and support roles who will own and manage the success and long-term retention of new and existing customers. It will be your advantage if you’ve worked with ERP, order management or ecommerce software such as:
Microsoft Dynamics 365
ODOO
SAP
NetSuite
Oracle Cloud
Responsibilities:
Provide day to day support to customers and work with developers to reproduce and resolve problems.
Prioritize issues and manage through to resolution always ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Coach and guide customers on how to discover and realize the maximum possible value of their investment.
Contribute and advise to ensure continual improvement to support/user training material.
Contribute and advise strategic improvements to software and services provided.
Skills:
Proactive, fast learner, clear thinker, problem solver.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform efficiently under pressure.
Attention to detail, tenacity, and ability to work alone.
Resilient: Never satisfied with ‘no’ for an answer; you’re able to withstand and recover quickly from difficult situations.
