We’re looking for the team members of a customer services team to provide support for our growing practice. Our customers’ success is vital to our business and helping them achieve success is your primary objective.
You’ll have outstanding written and spoken English skills.
You will be someone who enjoys and has experience of working in Customer Services and support roles who will own and manage the success and long-term retention of new and existing customers. It will be your advantage if you’ve worked with ERP, order management or ecommerce software such as:
- We are building a software engineering team .
We’re looking for an outstanding expert in professional software skills recruitment to lead the discovery and recruitment process. You must be able to prove you have the relevant experience. We’ll need recent references.
