- You’ll be teaching our customers how to get the best from their erp/crm or ecommerce order management and accounting software. You’ll deliver training in person via GoToMeeting to small groups of stakeholders. You’ll work with customers, prospects and our technical teams to figure out optimal ways to model and operate their workflows in our software.
- You’ll be creating educational walkthroughs and videos using tools from Pendo.io, Techsmith, etc. You’ll build a comprehensive library of educational material.
- You’re a great listener. You are an outstanding teacher and communicator. Your attention to detail and precision is faultless. You know how to get and fixate an audience’s attention. You can quickly grasp and explain complex concepts and present explanations in conventional and unconventional ways.
- You’re a warm and personable team player. You’re passionate about technology, and your enthusiasm is both infectious and memorable. Finally, it goes without saying that your written and spoken English is sound.
